Today, The Flower Knows Midsummer Fairytales Collection is coming out. How exciting! Just look at these set, Isn’t these a work of art? This is just one of the many beautiful makeup products that they have in store. I am still obsessing over the Little Angel Collection when I saw lots of teaser pictures and videos about this collection. And now I am wanting that pink box on top of my vanity. *o*
Flower Knows is a Chinese Makeup brand that became popular due to their unique and intricate packaging designs, & pigmented makeups. I saw this brand a long time ago on my Instagram feed, but nothing really piqued my interest until I saw the Little Angel Collection, I picked up a few products from that collection to test out because I wanted to get the set and I was impressed! Today let’s talk about the Midsummer Fairytales. I will be biased because pink is my favorite color, So I will say I love this collection the moment I saw it on my feed. From their website they say that this collection is “Inspired by classical palace Architecture”. To me, the entire set reminds me of Marie Antoinette’s dresses. The pastel color of her gown adorned with bows and ribbons, and the pink roses on her garden. This entire collection is fit for Princess/Queen!
Aside from being a cruelty-free brand, another nice thing about this collection it that it is vegan, soy free and gluten free. I know I like products like this because I have a very sensitive skin.
So, what I am getting?
The pink miniature cabinet is what sold me to this set. But I don’t know if I would like to get the entire set. I know I wanted the box, And the only way to get it is to get the full set. Hubby keeps asking me if I’ve already bought the box, He knows because I won’t stop talking about it. (haha) I’ve been obsessing about it for a while now (The Little Angel) but after seeing the Mid-Summer Fairy Tales, I am now contemplating between the two. And I am only interested with 3 products from this collection, which are the lip products, Highlighter and the perfume. I wasn’t a fan of the fairy drawings on the makeup palette that much.
The Lip Lacquer colors look the same to me. but it’s nice that they have different shades that will look good in different skin tone. I like the bottle and they would look cute for display so I know I would pick up some. The liquid highlighter is the one I am excited about because I saw a video of it, I also like anything liquid for the face because I have a dry skin and when I tried the liquid blushes, I fell in love with them so I know for sure I will like it. The Fragrance I know for sure that I wanted them because I like the bottle, it reminds me of the 2024 Guerlain Cherry Blossom. And after getting some perfumes from Flower Knows, I like the notes that they mix together. It’s different and I like collecting different scents.
